Project Schedule Achieving Timelines And Staying Within The Cost Estima Senior Project Manager (f/m) Engineering Key Responsibilities Lead Assigned Core Ams To Achieve Defined Objectives Manage Project Scope Schedule And Budget For Projects Within The Assigned Business Segment Develop And Manage Projects Plans And Gap Closure Plans (where Necessary) Follow Established Stage Ga Processes And Assure Ingrity Of Project Deliverables Plan And Lead Stage Ga Reviews To Business Segment Management Utilize Enrprise-level Project Sysms To Manage Project Plans Data And Actions Manage Project Capital Budgets And Assure Execution In Alignment With Business Unit Financial Plan Assure Projects Are Compled In Accordance With Business Unit Objectives For On-time Delivery And Quality Establish And Maintain Project Scope Throughout The Project Lifecycle Including Initial Setting Of Scope And Scope Change Management Establish And Maintain An Accura Project Schedule Using Microsoft Project Or Similar Based On Commitment From Core Am Members Customers And All Project Stakeholders Identify Necessary Project Resources Conduct Status Meetings With Inrnal Core Am And Exrnal Customers Report Out On Project Status As Needed Track Project Lessons Learned And Manage Best Practices Proactively Identify And Resolve Risks And Issues And Establish Escalation Path On All Projects Manage Project Communication Risks And Schedules Conduct Project Closeout Meetings And Post Launch Reviews As Well As Conduct Costing Reviews Meet All Established Project Deadlines Clearly Communica Roles
